MAC would like to introduce our newest physician anesthesiologist: Dr. Scott Blaine. Dr. Blaine comes to MAC after finishing his anesthesiology residency at the University of Wisconsin, where he was a classmate of several current MAC physicians. While a resident, Scott worked with MAC doctors, providing obstetric anesthesia to our patients at UnityPoint Health – Meriter Hospital. We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Blaine to the group as an attending, where he should already feel right at home. With MAC, Dr. Blaine will be working in both the operating rooms and on the labor and delivery floor at UnityPoint Health – Meriter Hospital.
From Dr. Blaine: “My wife and I both grew up in the Pacific Northwest. We took a chance and moved to Madison for residency, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. We love how nice everyone is in the Midwest, how active the town of Madison is, and how easy it is to get around. We are thrilled to be continuing our journey here in Madison.”
